Team behind Pricefinder launches Stash AI, bringing live property data to Claude and Canva for Australian agents

Agents can now create branded CMAs, pre-appraisal kits and campaign reviews in minutes by asking in plain English.

BRISBANE, 1 November 2026: Australian property data company Stash, built by the team behind Pricefinder, today launched Stash AI. The new product connects Stash’s live property data to Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, and to Canva, so real estate agents can produce branded market documents in minutes instead of hours.

Agents ask Claude for what they need, such as “Make me a CMA for the vendors of 22 Example Street, in our brand”. Stash AI looks up recent sales, current listings, planning and suburb trends in Stash, Claude analyses the comparables and writes the document, and Canva lays it out in the agency’s own logo, colours and fonts.

Stash AI launches today in beta, with a founding agent price of $99 per month, locked in, and a 14-day free trial.

Built for the documents agents prepare every week

Stash AI launches with three documents that agents produce most often:

  • Branded CMAs: comparable sales chosen on land size, condition and location, a price guide with the reasoning shown, and the agent’s branding on every page.
  • Pre-appraisal kits: recent sales, competing listings and suburb trends, sent to owners before the appointment.
  • Campaign reviews: days on market, new comparable sales and competing listings set against the current price guide, to support price conversations with vendors.

Every document can be edited in Canva and downloaded as a PDF. Sample documents are available on request and at stashproperty.com.au/ai.

“Agents spend hours every week pulling sales, copying figures into templates and formatting reports. We built Stash AI so that work takes minutes, using the same live data agents already trust, while the agent stays in control of the final advice.”

Live data, not guesswork

General AI assistants cannot see recent property sales on their own, and can produce figures that sound plausible but are not real. Stash AI addresses this by connecting Claude directly to Stash through Stash MCP, a secure connection built on the open Model Context Protocol standard.

When a document needs a sale price, a listing or a suburb statistic, Claude looks it up in Stash at that moment. It also explains which comparables it chose and why, so agents can check the work before it reaches a client.

How Stash AI works: Stash supplies live property data, Claude does the analysis and writing, Canva lays it out in your brand

“We’ve spent more than 20 years working on Australian property data, first with Pricefinder and now with Stash. AI is only as good as the data underneath it, and that’s where our experience counts.”

More than documents

Beyond CMAs, kits and reviews, Stash AI supports suburb research, due diligence on planning zones and risk overlays, and first-pass development feasibility for buyers agents, investors and developers. Stash MCP works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and agents can use Claude on desktop or on the Claude mobile app.

Stash AI is designed to support agents’ advice, not replace it. CMAs produced with Stash AI are market appraisals, not formal valuations, and agents review every document before it is sent.
