Now, alongside sold history, you’ll also see:
- For Sale listings: Track the latest on-market activity, right inside the timeline.
- Withdrawn listings: Spot properties that didn’t sell — and uncover fresh opportunities others may have missed.
It’s a clearer, more powerful way to understand a property’s full story — past and present. Perfect for uncovering patterns, strengthening due diligence, and finding the right angle with every client.

- Search by multiple suburbs. On Market searching now supports searching by multiple suburbs or postcodes or councils at the same time. (Suggested by Stephen)
- Better Maps inside Property Reports. The latest imagery is now included on the cover page and dimensions added to the aerial image page (Suggested by Matt)
- Buyer Brief Branding Changes. Title pages will now be coloured as per your brand rather than default grey. (Suggested by Mikey)
- Buyer Brief Settings Changes. You can now add more detail to your buyer summary and will spread over two pages as well as turn on/off the Suggested Suburbs section. (Suggested by Ben)
- Withdrawn listings added to Buyer Brief. You will now be prompted to any previously withdrawn listings that might match your buyers brief. (Suggested by Colin)
- Logo width fix. We have made your logo’s look better and not stretch. (Suggested by Mary)
- Add Building Area to property. Building area where available is now visible on the property report. (Suggested by Ben)
- Find Suburbs. Fixed a bug where it forgot what you were searching when clicking back. (Suggested by Stephen)
