How much does it cost?
If you are like us, you’ve probably noticed hundreds of new websites promoting buyers agents and most carry up front subscription fees or referral fees. Unlike us, that is their only commercialisation product and need to charge fees to survive.
With the Stash Buyers Agent Directory, it will be free to promote your business on findaba.com.au. This is a free benefit of being part of the Stash community.
Findaba will promote your business & your team to buyers looking for help. Any leads via findaba.com.au will be sent to you via email and loaded straight into your Stash Buyer Pipeline.
Findaba will also help you onboard your clients with our Client Brief which allows your client to update their buyer brief online (without the need for double handling of data).
Any clients received via findaba.com.au are your clients forever, free.
Findaba is also working with strategic partners who have chosen Stash to be their source of truth for buyers agents in Australia. Some of these partners have captive buyer audiences in the millions every month.
To gain access to these audiences, all Buyers Agents will have the option to be included to receive paid leads (Nothing upfront. Paid upon success only) via these partners.
This is completely optional and you will have to the ability to opt out of being promoted via these channels (without affecting your promotion on findaba.com.au).
Furthermore you will also have the ability to accept or reject the lead prior to acceptance if the location or budget doesn’t suit. Best of all, if the buyer happens to already be in your Buyer Pipeline, no fees will apply.
