We’ve also added a bunch of changes as suggested from our members.
- Property Report PDF (with editable property type). Sometimes we get the property type. Now you can edit the property type so you keep moving forward presenting properties to your buyers. (Suggested by Stephen)
- Open new properties on map in new window. Now you have the option of opening new properties in the same screen or in a new window & no more changing focus with accidental clicks. (Suggested by Nigel & Daniel)
- Easier to view Development Projects from the map. When viewing nearby Development Projects, you can quickly click through to the project details, rather than going to the property (Suggested by Wilson)
- Better sorting on comparables. We’ve added a best match sorting so you can now better compare like for like properties by default. So much more to come in this space. (Suggested by the Stash team)
- Vacancy Rate. Fix to better display decimal places when exporting to Excel & Change the colours to better reflect better & worse data values. (Suggested by Nigel)
- More Suburb Graphs – We’ve just added % Stock on market and Rental Price median to every suburb in the country so you can track trends over the last decade. (Suggested by Kapil)
- Easier to find on market properties from Find Suburbs feature. Bugfix (Found by Juan Pablo)
- My Suburbs PDF. We’ve added a Print Report option on your saved Suburbs so you can easily share with your buyers (Suggested by David)
- Suburb Profile PDF. We’ve added further information to help your buyers understand what each chart represents. (Suggested by Nigel)
- My Clients Status. You can now keep track of which stage your clients are at from Active Clients, Past Clients and now also your Future Prospects e.g. People not yet signed up (Suggested by Stephanie)
- Price Estimate (Editable). You can also now edit the price estimates before presenting to your buyer in your CMA to better reflect your target buy price. (Suggested by Homer)
- Find Suburbs (By Rental Yield). We’ve also now rmade it easier so you can search for suburbs by more refined yields. e.g 5.4% or higher instead of 5 or 6%. (Suggested by Richard)
- My Properties (Disabled on hover for notes). Made it more accessible so data won’t pop up when you don’t intend it to. Notes & Walkthroughs will now only show on click instead of on hover. (Suggested by Jake)
